Col Micheals townhouse is 9 units of 3 bedroom terrace building with a unique packing structure, staff quarters, swimming pool, pool lounge, cafe, treated water, and uninterrupted power supply.

The concept of the design was to create a compact family unit where different spaces feel private but connected to each other. From the ground floor, each unit opens to the garden at the back, where a family can enjoy private leisure time.
